INNOVATE POWERING ELECTRONIC, S.L. (INNPO) was founded on several years of professional engineering experience in the energy sector. Through dedication and expertise, it has established itself in the field of energy storage, specialising in the supply of all types of batteries and chargers. Its highly specialised, custom energy-storage projects for installations and electronic devices make INNPO a recognised company in this field.

Sustainability matters to INNPO, and solar energy is therefore one of the company's core foundations. INNPO provides solar-installation solutions for businesses, homes and leisure applications.

INNPO's objective is to provide the energy that makes life easier.

INNPO's management regards the Information Security Management System as a way of organising the company's operations according to information-security criteria and the requirements of UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Its purpose is to ensure the continuity of information systems, minimise the risk of harm, and provide the framework required to protect information resources against internal or external, deliberate or accidental threats, thereby preserving confidentiality, integrity and availability. INNPO will also implement all measures required to comply with applicable security legislation concerning policies, buildings and facilities, and the conduct of employees and associated third parties when using information systems. To achieve this, INNPO has:

• The necessary technical resources.
• Secure facilities.
• Proven experience in managing outsourced solutions.
• Technical and monitoring tools.

INNPO's management establishes the following baseline objectives as the foundation for its information-security objectives and principles:

• Information security is achieved by planning, implementing, reviewing and improving the Management System to prevent potential errors.
• Risk treatment is planned to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information connected with the provision of services.
• Information-security risks are integrated into the planning of new processes and changes to existing processes.
• INNPO's management and personnel undertake to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, including the protection of personal data and privacy and the protection of intellectual-property rights.
• Continuous improvement of processes, methods and services is essential to greater internal efficiency, a better response to customer expectations and improved customer satisfaction.
• All INNPO personnel, regardless of their duties and responsibilities, must analyse the available data concerning their activities in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuous improvement must therefore remain a permanent objective across all activities undertaken by INNPO.

Everyone's participation and cooperation is required. This policy is therefore communicated to all company personnel for their knowledge and understanding, as well as to relevant interested parties.
